Very good and kind staff, it was very comfortable stay.

It had a favourable location adjacent to famous markets in Deira, and restaurants. Furthermore, close to gold souk metro. The rooms were absolutely perfect and nicely furnished, and the bathroom was good with a roll in shower.

The location of the hotel in Dubai is absolutely perfect, near to the metro station and airport, the overall Deira area, the gold souq areas and old and famous markets in Deira. Modern brand-new hotel for 3 nights in Dubai. New building and rooms with nice view. Lots of options, fresh food. Good position close to metrostation Gold Souk, in the new area. Also, easy to get to Bur Dubai Abra Dock Marina.

Enjoyed Dubai, the hotel was nice near to everything. Everyone was great and exceptional. The room was tidy and the bed exceptionally comfortable. The best part was the amazing view of the sea. Everything met every demand, I would definitely come back there.

The triple room was well-maintained with nice view. The food was appetising with variety of choice! All the staff was affable and excellent co-operating, fixed my issues. Location: the hotel was short walk to old and famous markets, and metrostation Gold Souk.

The hotel had a clean and modern look, and I particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool and the views from there. The location was convenient, with the city center and other attractions within walking distance. The price was also competitive compared to other hotels in the area.

I had a few negative experiences during my stay. The check-in process took longer than expected, with the staff attending to phone calls and delaying the process.
